The program accepts several input formats for base maps and
statistical files. It allows to save the results in maps or sheets
with several maps in graphic file formats compatible with the main
computer graphics software.

Downloading and using Philcarto is completely free. The program can
be used on any PC / Windows computer (versions 10, 8 or 7).
On the Philcarto website complementary programs are available, and also a library of base maps of France, countries of Europe and World, frequently updated and immediately usable. |
