The softwares Philcarto 2025 and
Phildigit 2025 are downloadable on this page. They have been adapted
to the new technology. NET 9 offered by Microsoft, much better than
the . Net Framework used previously. Therefore, they only work with
Windows 10, 1607 or later, and Windows 11. Only Eclats 2022, also
available here, remains in version . Net Framework 4.8.
Users who do not have these Windows updates can still use the
previous versions of Philcarto, Phildigit and Eclats, available at
the end of this page.
A. If a previous version of Philcarto, Phidigit or Eclat is
already installed :
1° uninstall this version with the "Installed applications"
command from the Windows menu located at the bottom and left of the
screen (right click on the Windows icon);
2° similarly, also uninstall, if applicable, "Microsoft Access
database engine (2010)" and/or "Microsoft Access database Engine
(2016)".
B. To install Philcarto 2025 and Phildigit 2025 :
1. download and install . NET 9 ;
2. download and install Philcarto;
3. Download and install Phildigit
4. Reboot the computer.
C. On this page is also downloadable the software Eclats 2023.
To install Eclats 2023:
1. download and install . NET Framework 4.8;
2. download and install Eclats;
3. Reboot the computer.
If a user identifies a malfunction, they should contact Philippe
Waniez with a message at forumphilcarto@free.fr
containing the following :
1) if an error message is displayed : make a screen copy;
2) write a short note to describe and explain in which context
the error appears;
3) attach the background map file and the statistical data file
(which Philippe Waniez agrees not to release);
4) indicate which version of Windows is being used.
These informations will help to correct any problems with a direct
benefit for all users...
